  1.  Display of 6 vegetables from one garden, 1 each of large varieties such as cabbage, 3 each medium varieties such as tomatoes, and 12 each of small varieties such as peas or beans. See the 4-H class for size guides.

 

2. Display of at least 6 vegetables from a commercial grower, 1 each of large vegetable, 3 each of medium varieties and 12 each of small varieties.

Herbs will be judged using the same general criteria used for vegetables.  Those grown mainly for seeds, such as dill and caraway, should be exhibited on a plate.  Those grown for their leaves, such as basil, parsley, etc., should be exhibited in a container.
