DIVISION A - DAIRY CATTLE

 

Animals must be on Fairgrounds by 10:00 a.m. and will be released at 4:30 p.m. on the day of the show. Rules Governing Exhibitors All breeds to be judged separately.  Two entries are allowed in each lot.

  7.  Senior Fall Yearling: Sept 1 - Nov. 30, 2006

  8.  2 year old: Sept 1, 2004 - Aug 31, 2006

  9.  3 year old: Sept 1, 2003 - Aug 31, 2005

 10.  4 year old: Born Sept 1, 2003 - August 31, 2004

 11.  Aged Cow - Born before Sept 1, 2003

 12.  Dry Cow over 2 years old - Born on or before Sept 1, 2006

 13.  Produce of Dam - any two animals from same dam

 15.  Herd - three females, any age, originating from the same herd either grade or purebred, with the original owners name.

 CLASS 9 - 100,000 POUND MILK

  Lot No.

1.        Special for Cows that have produced 100,000 pounds of milk or equivalent on official test based on the formula for fat converted milk (.4 x pounds of milk) + (15 x pounds of butterfat). Limited to top three entries. $25 each.
