Extra Late inspection Fee (arriving after 6:45 pm) – additional $10

   I understand that the sponsors and administrators of the contest are not responsible for any accident, injury, damage or mechanical breakage should occur.  In consideration of you accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, their agents, servants, and all other persons connected with these competitions of and from any loss, damage, or injury sustained by me or my equipment  during this competition.  Winners may be required to complete a W9 to collect prizes.
